Beg Borrow or Steal now has a line of 30 pieces of Chanel jewelry in their rental lineup.
Bag Borrow or Steal has extended it's rental jewelry line to include Chanel. My favorite is the 35" pearl necklace with the two double C accents. I tried to rent it for a business meeting that I have in a few weeks and was wait listed.
As a matter of fact, most of the Chanel jewelry is wait listed with the exception of the bracelets. Which leads me to believe that either the demand for those pieces is awesome or they just have not yet made the investment in those pieces.
I did put myself on the wait list and I will keep you posted as to my success. The bad thing about the wait list is that you are never sure if you are going to receive the piece of jewelry in time. And then - what if they ship it and you no longer need it? Their prices are not exactly deminimis. So this is not an option I really recommend.
There is really no substitute in my mind for wearing a nice silk, collared, long sleeve blouse to a business meeting. And the perfect jewelry accessory for this type of blouse is a pearl necklace. Depending on the bottom you pair with this combo it can go either dressy or very casual.
