Latina Magazine has a fantastic Fashion column each month called 'Chic on the Cheap'. They showcase different actresses and show how you can recreate the particular outfit worn by the actress on a budget. In March 2007 Jennifer Lopez was featured - for April 2007 it is Eva Mendes.

The column also shows 'Straight-up Splurges' - showing a more expensive version of the 'Chic on the Cheap' fashions, jewelry and accessories. April's splurge is a gigantic door knob size 35 carat blue topaz cocktail ring that can be purchased at Darby Scott for $1,325.
